As a skilled laborer, you will play a critical role in our construction projects, assisting in various tasks such as preparing job sites, operating equipment, and working alongside experienced team members to ensure successful project completion. This position is ideal for individuals with prior construction experience who are eager to expand their skills in a supportive environment.

Operating and maintaining various machines.

Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring

Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites

Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks

Perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and assisting with site preparation

Follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen.

Prior experience in construction, concrete work, or related fields is preferred.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
